Black Arrow Express Launches Mobile App

MANILA – AAI Group member Black Arrow Express, last mile and consumer delivery firm recently announced that the company will launch its mobile application by the end of July. The app is available in both iOS and Android mobile services. The company is the official courier service of the largest eCommerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, Shopee.
“We are not a tech company looking to build a logistics network. We are logistics experts with a strong network, simply adapting to the needs of our market,” said Allan Brizuela, President of Black Arrow Express.
The company boasts of 2,000 riders and 33 hubs nationwide and caters to 50,000 deliveries a day. With the new innovations, the company is now projecting 80,000-100,000 deliveries. Aside from Shopee, the company is also the courier service of ABS-CBN and apparel brand, Bench.
The team studied 10 million transactions in a span of two years. Following the study, they were able to assemble an integrated end to end logistics structure.
THE COURIER SERVICE’S NEW FEATURES
Apart from payment options and real-time updates, Black Arrow Express’ mobile application also includes a lot of features. First, an easy sign-up feature through their Facebook or Google accounts. This allows users to sign-up or login with a single click. It also has optimized booking features for casual “one-off” retail transactions or bulk-booking for SMEs, online sellers, and corporate clients.
The pick-up and delivery service can give you a lot of options. You can drop-off or pick-up packages in over 1,200 partner outlets nationwide. In addition, the courier service allows cash on delivery for users who do not own credit/debit cards.
Customers will surely enjoy the benefits of their next day pick-up and express delivery with reduced delivery failure within three (3) to five (5) days.
